'Friendly and helpful staff. Large, modern rooms. Good connection to LAX. Hotel provides free rides in the DTLA area, which was quite convenient as a business traveller. The hotel does not include breakfast, but there are plenty of places to eat right outside (just not on Sundays).'

'Goed net hotel. Ligt in DTLA. OV is op loopafstand maar ik raad Lyft aan (Uber). Los Angeles heeft veel daklozen nergens last van gehad. De bedden zijn fantastisch. Badkamer is voorzien van een rainshower. Dat was heerlijk. Het zwembad is verwarmd. Fantastische tijd gehad. Raad het hotel zeker aan. '

'The staff was amazing, front desk, valet always smiling and very pleasant, very helpful. The restaurant on the 26th floor was a gem, I did not know. The food delicious, music marvelous. Unfortunately I could go only once since they were closed on Sunday.'

'It's all in all a good spot to be downtown. Staff were, generally, friendly. The only thing that gave me pause was when I noticed that another guest was given the option for later checkout because of reasons provided. Given the circumstances we were under, we too asked for the courtesy, but were denied. I'm not sure what the criteria was to allow one over the other, but as mentioned, it leaves one wondering why the differentiation. The place suited our needs and we will consider it a potential...

'The room was nice and clean, housekeeping stopped by every day. The street noise on the other hand was a bit much, double glazing could take care of that. And possible opt for a small microwave in the room? Sometimes one just needs a hot snack... '
