'Clean room,'

'The walkway from the entrance of the hotel to the reception was appealing. The hotel property filled with Japanese theme was a good sight and experience. The hot spring makes the stay even more worth it. All the amenities was spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. '

'Had a great stay but was disappointed with having to 20 dollars just to go into the bar for a nightcap. I know its a popular spot for locals but travelers looking to wind down for an hour should not have to pay this or at least get a voucher.'

'Overall, this hotel was great for the value and I really enjoyed the pool access and the river views from our room. The bed was also very comfortable, which made the stay relaxing overall. That said, the exterior of the hotel could definitely use some cleaning and upkeep. Our balcony had a side river view, but it was very dusty and covered in cobwebs. 'The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on.'

'Clean room, breakfast was great and gym and pool is also nice. However there is no microwave in the room, there is only one in the lobby. Adequate pillows however it's too soft and flat, feels like you don't have a pillow. I also didn't like that there is a parking fee in this hotel.'

'Loved this hotel. As a single female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. The location was incredibly convenient for the Hillsboro-Beaverton area, only about 15 minutes from downtown Portland by car, with the MAX Light Rail nearby as well. There’s also a great grocery store and several restaurants right across the street. The staff was fabulous, especially Jessica at the front desk. 'The staff was awesome, but the building was lacking. The Gaucho restaurant, 8th floor lounge and the liquor cabinet were closed.The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom did not have a fan and the glass doors for the toilet and and shower did not reach the ceiling. Great view and wonderful walking areas. There is simple not a lot to do other than consume expensive food and drinks.Dominoes delivers there.'

'Room and property was clean. Property rated as good only due to the homeless population hanging around the area next to the gas station and parking areas. Doors to the property was excellent due to needing a key card for access. Quiet at night surprisingly.'
