'We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and we appreciated having a kitchen in the room, which made our stay even more convenient. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!'

'Nice hotel with friendly staff, we had a very good stay until thunderstorms hit the location. Luckily no damage but the hotel didn’t do the necessary repairs so we had no warm water no electricity and no internet for about 14 hrs'

'The property looked like it needs some TLC. It didn't look like a Hyatt. The room itself was nice, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping it clean. The amenities were nice as well. No matter how much you clean it, the carpets in the room and the corridor need to be replaced. The breakfast was nice and fresh, the staff were friendly and polite.'

'The guy at check in (I think it was the manager) was extremely friendly and remembered me and had conversations throughout my stay. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Hotel pool was clean. Room was clean. There was only one employee I encountered that wasn’t too friendly, a younger lady I had asked what direction to get to the pool and she gave me a crazy look and just pointed outside and said “out there”… ik the pool is outside (duh) but I didn’t realize it was only accessible from an outside...
