'Hotel is netjes en de service is prima. De bell boy is erg behulpzaam. Het enige wat ik minder vond is dat het hele hotel ruikt naar eens sterke citroenachtige geur. Ze gerbuiken daarvoor een apparaat die de citroen smaak verspreid. Het is zo sterk dat je er soms misselijk van kan worden. Wat ik ook jammer vind, is dat het hotel geen afgesloten badkamer heeft. Nit erg handig en weinig haken om je kleren op te hangen. '

'Hotel Royal Castle is conveniently located near Kemp's Corner in Mumbai. The entrance was inconveniently covered in newspapers for the duration of the stay whilst it was unclear what kind of maintenance was being done. The room was reasonably quiet, clean and all basis functionalities were working, including hot water 24*7. The staff was not particularly helpful and did not come across as very courteous or client oriented. At the price paid, such hotel may be what to expect, but one can get a...

'They sent me to a building which was under construction and a room where someone was clearly in it. I didn’t take the room cause it wasn’t safe and they still charged me. Hotels.com refuse to help. Don’t ever book this! '
