'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '

'Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. This hotel is a nightmare. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service, and I have had no luck. It's by far the worst hospitality. The room and floor were dirty, the shower curtain had mold. I have asthma, and children were staying in the room. Apparently, customer safety is not their thing. Also, if you want to wake up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm, stay here.'

'Hotel is old and not in great condition. Rooms weee pretty clean but sink wouldn’t drain and amenities were lacking. Especially for a 4 star hotel. We picked this hotel because of the outdoor pool and it was closed for maintenance with no warning or compensation. No free breakfast and exiting gate was a nightmare with multiple guests unable to get the gate to work properly. '

'The breakfast buffet (for a fee) was quite good. Freshly made waffles, pancakes, eggs, etc. Plus fruit, potatoes, and biscuit gravy. The staff was kind and helpful and the food was quite nice for a hotel Buffet. I also ordered lunch there and got a hearty Cobb salad. The property overall was lovely and the shuttle to the airport easy. The best thing though was the pool. Warm, up to 4 ft deep, and it connects to the outdoor pool. We did t get to take advantage of the outdoor pool but I assume...

'Clean rooms, nice staff and great food and snacks'

'The room is clean . But the noise from the outside of build so loud . Can’t have a good sleep . They need improvement that noise to make customer feel satisfied . '
