'The place was clean, it was nice and private which we loved! Also loved having a pet friendly place so close to Lake Hope. We normally go tent camping at the near by camp ground because it’s the only pet friendly option we have. Finding this place was a game changer. Extremely pleased with everything! Plenty of space for activities we never felt cramped up. 10/10 would recommend!'

'My husband and i spent our anniversary weekend here with our dog and it was perfect. We arrived to a very clean space stocked with everything we needed. It was nice and close to the hiking trails, with waterfalls! The hot tub was divine, and the little spot for a campfire was perfect to sit and watch the birds. The host was very prompt with any questions I had and we look foward to coming back to visit on another weekend getaway.'

Huge house, great areas to hang out, esp the pool table room and the back “beer wall” room. Excellent communications with owners and easy check in/out. We used the grill two nights, covered from the rain. The deck was incredible and firewood/fire pit welcomed. Very close to Athens, state parks, etc. Would very much recommend / stay again if in area.'

'Hocking Hills Retreat was not well-maintained and had major ongoing issues that were not disclosed or fixed. There were broken/missing features that we took photos of to send to the host, Logan, and Logan West Properties Management including the broken patio door.
