'We were placed in room 511 which is right under the gym so we were forced to listen to people pounding on the treadmill very early or very late in the day for our 8 day stay. This is not a thoughtful choice by the hotel for an 8 day stay.'

'Checkin was efficient with fresh cookie options and bottled water. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast had a ton of options but there are a lot of guests so be gracious and prepare accordingly. Pool was sufficient but again can get busy with the amount of people- Although pool towels always were Available. Convenient location with free parking a plus. It was close to zoo & downtown waterfront. Loved that they had regular, decaf and cold brew coffee along with tea and flavored water always...

'Hotel was nice and rooms were clean. The pool area was nice as well. The slide was a nice addition and the water mushroom for the kids section was super cute.'

'There was a rainstorm during our stay and our window started leaking. I tried to call the front desk but they wouldn't answer so I went down to the desk and told them the area above the window was leaking dirty brown water all over. They told me they already knew it was a problem and couldn't fix it. I asked to get another room and they told me they didn't have any available so they gave me one little towl to try to stop the leak.'

'Highly unorganized place, the staff seems to be chaotic and does not know their job. Even after repeated requests they do not provide best service, the housekeeping left the door of our room opened, which we noticed in the evening when returned. Do not recommend to any body, at least who all will be coming with family, a strict no no. The staff does not know how to process or Cascade a given information. Double charged me for my stay, refund still awaited.'

'I was impressed with the properly for one night before travel it was perfect including on time shuttle at 4 am and lovely helpful driver too . I would definitely stay there again and great addition is the chop steakhouse next-door. It was pouring rain and we just walked through the hotel and had the most incredible dinner. 'I recently stayed at the Wyndham hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The towels in the room were full of hair, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. Throughout the night, there were fights in the hallway, making it impossible to get a proper rest due to the constant noise and disturbance.
