'We loved our stay! The farmhouse was so quaint and vintage and was just what we were looking for. The staff/owner was lovely, pleasant and accommodating. The classic English breakfast was delicious, especially with the recently made homemade jam. Our only issue was gps routing us in a wrong direction and not realizing the entrance was through the gate that was closed. The online map said it was .9 of a mile from the city center of Castle Combe, which is true if you walk it. That turned out...

'Fijne kamer. Alleen het bed was echt hard, te hard voor mij. Vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. Op loopafstand van het centrum en de bezienswaardigheden, dit hotel ligt echt lekker midden in het centrum . '

'Parkeren was een drama in omgeving was er weinig parkeerplek te vinden. En als het dichtbij was kon je maar max 4 uur parkeren. Er is geen parkeerplek op locatie. '

'We went for a family wake. The venue was lovely and the staff were fantastic, really helpful. We stayed in Room 1 overnight ans it was clean and tidy and quirky. The view onto the lake was beautiful. will definitely book again '

'Mooi hotel met ontzettend leuke kamer. Ligging is perfect en het ontbijt is erg goed en uitgebreid. Wat een stuk minder is is de service, de receptie is rommelig. Wij bleven 3 nachten de 2e dag is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en was er geen koffie, thee en fris bijgevuld, Schone handdoeken waren op het (onopgemaakte )bed gegooid. De laatste ochtend belde we met de receptie of we iets langer in de kamer konden blijven ( minder dan een uur…) en dat was geen probleem maar 10 minuten ná check-out...
