It is very accessible if you are planning to explore the West Edmonton Mall, you can just cross the street (approximately 10 min. walk to the nearest Mall entrance) The hotel also prepared a simple surprise for my son's birthday, we greatly appreciate the gesture. We did see some pretty sketchy characters around the hotel, which scared my daughter, but I know that’s a hard thing for the hotel to address. Just maybe something to be aware of when you’re booking. '

'The staff was the highlight of this property! They were welcoming and accommodating, and they always went above and beyond anytime we needed anything. Whether islt was front desk staff, the maintenance staff, or the housekeeping staff, we were consistently met with friendly service.
The only complaint I have, and this has nothing to do with the staff, is that someone was smoking marijuana outside the front lobby and our AC would bring the smell to our room. Otherwise, our room was great!'

'Great stay! It’s not the top of the line Marriott but neither was the price. It had every thing you need in a hotel. Comfy beds, clean, quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants. No free breakfast but that’s ok most free hotel breakfasts are gross anyway. I have learned after many hotel stays that you can usually depend on Marriott for a good night sleep. I would definitely stay here again. '
