'Spotless. Comfortable bed and very pleasant room. The staff on reception were outstanding, especially the one lady who chatted to the six of us in the bar. She was lovely. The barman gave us good tips as well. Would stay here again as good position to stroll around town and visit the city library. '

'Good location and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Our bedroom was on the small side and no twins available if you are booking for siblings or anyone needing separate beds. '

'The room was not cleaned properly. Large weird stain on shower floor, loads of dust on the racks/closet area. Standing in line for breakfast as there were not enough tables available. Could not leave a small backpack after check-out as they were already “full” according to reception. New hotel but disappointing experience. '

'We were really impressed by Hyatt House Leeds and will definitely look to stay again on our next visit to the city. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. We slept really well. We were pleased to be given a room at the end of the corridor. The kitchen was well appointed. 'Pleasantly surprised. Paul was very welcoming & friendly. He gave us advice on taxis and where to go (taxi less than £7 to first direct arena - dont get uber!). Hotel dated but really nice. Breakfast was lovely with enough choice. Room good, bed a bit too soft for me. The fan was a welcome addition as it got hot overnight and the quilt is very warm.
