'Wij verbleven 4 nachten in dit hotel en wij waren zeer tevreden over de behulpzaamheid van het personeel aan de receptie. Onze kamer was prima, voldoende ruimte. Helaas wel erg weinig kastruimte. Het ontbijtbuffet biedt voldoende keuze. Waar wij niet tevreden over waren, was de handdoekwissel. De eerste dag zijn onze natte handdoeken van de grond weer opgehangen (na melding bij de receptie schone gekregen). De derde dag zijn alleen de vuile handdoeken meegenomen en kregen wij geen schone....

'Le contact avant l'entrée des lieux n'a pas été bien clair. Toutefois, une fois sur place, le séjour s'est très bien passé, tout à fait dans mes attentes : endroit très propre, le nécessaire est dans la chambre. Lit confortable pour ma part.
Le lieu reste le moins cher sur Burnley.
J'y retournerais si je serais amené à le faire.'

'The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury.'

'The Craven Heiffer has a warm and welcoming atmosphere - staff were professional, friendly and approachable and the service was excellent! My hotel room was lovely and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had great nights sleep. I will definitely plan a return journey … the bar staff were lovely and I’d like to thank Gemma in particular ! '

'We arrived early and asked if we could possibly check in and fortunately we could. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the staff were very helpful. Our family joined us for breakfast the following morning and again all was good. I would definitely recommend a visit.'

'Very friendly owners and staff, let us check in early as we was at a wedding near by. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Loved the coffee and tea in room and small snacks. Comfy bed, very nice and quiet, and the little white dog was adorable. Thank you 🤗'
