'Wij verbleven 4 nachten in dit hotel en wij waren zeer tevreden over de behulpzaamheid van het personeel aan de receptie. Onze kamer was prima, voldoende ruimte. Helaas wel erg weinig kastruimte. Het ontbijtbuffet biedt voldoende keuze. Waar wij niet tevreden over waren, was de handdoekwissel. De eerste dag zijn onze natte handdoeken van de grond weer opgehangen (na melding bij de receptie schone gekregen). De derde dag zijn alleen de vuile handdoeken meegenomen en kregen wij geen schone....

'You get what you pay for, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, the en-suite was a good size with a powerful shower.
The facilities offered were brilliant with the kitchen being very clean and neat.

'Le contact avant l'entrée des lieux n'a pas été bien clair. Toutefois, une fois sur place, le séjour s'est très bien passé, tout à fait dans mes attentes : endroit très propre, le nécessaire est dans la chambre. Lit confortable pour ma part.

'The Craven Heiffer has a warm and welcoming atmosphere - staff were professional, friendly and approachable and the service was excellent! My hotel room was lovely and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had great nights sleep. 'Just a place to take a good weekend break from everything. It was our 2nd time. Only complaint was that it was too warm to sleep at night. They didn't have any electric fans for us. We will be back in winter next time.'

'Had a wonderful stay , when you arrive the hotel and views are amazing , a nice warm greeting from lovely receptionist, we stayed in the Queen room was beautiful & lovely views , dinner & Breakfast was so lovely , cooked with best ingredients makes a change to have such a lovely meal & service all the staff lovely , my only negative was didn’t have long another stay would have loved to stay another night was wonderful!!!!'
