'The hotel room was nice. The hotel in general is a little worn out I would say. The staff friendly, but not so accurate. I booked without breakfast, but arranged at the reception that I could take breakfast. At the entrance of the breakfast the next day, obviously this was not arranged, but the staff said they would arrange it at the reception. So I had my breakfast anyway. 'Smashing hotel. Staff are amazing. Clean, tidy & well maintained. Have an onsite Indian restaurant, it's in our top 5 of Indian (UK) resturants of all time. Great menu, lovely food, staff are just the best! They dont serve alcohol but they encourage you to bring yiur own, and tgere is no "corkage". Soft drinks are serverd though.'
