'They have one of the best restaurants in Traverse City but on the expensive side, if I would of new earlier I would of ate there but we already made plans for all the days up there with are friends' and family. The Management team was excellent! We had a small issue and they took care of right away. The room we stayed in was nice and quiet. The pool could of been deeper and longer for swimming but good for kids. Great parking and close to a lot of wineries and restaurants. They have a nice bar...

'The staff was kind there only 2 issues. No hot water, had to heat water ulin the microwave and wash up via the sink. And before that could happen I had to clean the bathroom as there were public hairs all over the sink and counter.
The worst part, was I called to let the front desk know and they said they knew already as the pipes were broken. Why not tell guests ahead of time or put me.in a room with working hot water to start with.'
