'Locatie is goed maar de kamer was niet heel schoon bij binnenkomst. (Komt mede doordat er snel veel zand wordt binnen gelopen). We hadden voor 3 personen een kamer geboekt (2v1k) maar het bed voor ons kind was niet opgemaakt. Ook handdoeken, bekers en buiten stolen waren allemaal voor 2 personen. '

'Beautiful property and we had a king corner room with two windows for seeing the waterfront. Rooftop is a great way to wrap up your day. Drinks were a highlight at sunset while the food was just ok (pepperoni flat bread).
We did end up on the fourth floor below the kitchen for the rooftop. That got loud about 8 AM and 9 PM with staff setting up breakfast and cleaning up at night. A little annoying.

'Great location right on the lake! With lounge chairs and a nice sandy beach. Also the restaurant is very nice with happy hour and a nice menu. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped and comfortable. No complaints. A little further from town but most hotels you would have to drive to town anyway.'

'Customer service was excellent, rooms were great, very kid friendly hotel. My only criticism is the old, outdated, dirty rugs everywhere. It makes no sense to have carpet on a beach front property, it’s unhygienic. '

'Van alle hotels die we op onze reis door Michigan gehad hebben , vonden we dit hotel erg fijn om te overnachten. Hoewel het bij een een drukke straat ligt, hoorde je daar binnen niets van. Er was een ijskast en een magnetron op de kamer, een heerlijke jacuzzi bij het zwembad om 's avonds na een lange dag heerlijk te ontspannen. Om daarna een duik te nemen in het zwembad, 24 uur per dag!.

'Four of us stayed in the Family Suite with the 2 bedrooms and we loved it! Very clean and comfortable. The pool was great too - very clean and without the old chlorine stink of a lot of other hotel/motel pools. Close enough to downtown Traverse City to make it easy to get to. Very friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're up this way.'
