'Santorini Heights is a wonderful new boutique style hotel with a great view over the island and sea. All 4 apartments have a private terrace including a pool and are super nicely decorated with an eye for quality and details. 'Beautiful location on the caldera. The staff was great. Parking is very tricky and you must find your own on the street or paid parking which is far from the hotel and you must walk with your bags. They cannot reserve parking for you. During high season it would be very difficult to have a car and stay there, but this is the case in any place you stay inside of the old town of Oia with the beautiful views,'

'We had an issue with ants in our room — even in our bed! When we reported it, they only gave us a new sheet. So we had to sleep with ants in our bed that night. Nothing was done when we reported it, although they did mention that it was a known problem. It’s very unfortunate that no immediate solution was provided.'
