'When we arrived from the airport transfer to Oia, we were greeted by the helper of the house. He brought us to the place we would stay at. There was another woman there called Julia and they both are the ones who stay around the house helping out and cleaning. They are very helpful. The place is clean and has what you need. 'Really unique house located in the little village of Finikia. A real experience staying in the home and the village. You need to be in good shape to stay here as it’s a 5-10 minute walk to get anywhere along narrow windy pathways. Beautiful location with 3 restaurants and a small market 5 minutes walk. You simply walk out the door and everything (restaurants, groceries, shops, bus station, taxis, beautiful views…) is literally within 1-10 minute walk. 'We had an authentic local experience in our stay near Oia. Our small white-painted home is in a higgledy-piggledy neighbourhood with winding paths. We got lost more than once! The residence overlooks the so-blue ocean and offers lots of comforts, including a lush green garden for outdoor meals, deck chairs for lazing and a good bathroom. The courtyard lined with vegetation, the views of the mountains and the sea, along with the table for two next to the entrance, spoke true culture. Breakfast and coffee overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is ultra-relaxing. I can retire and live out my days there. '
