'We had a great stay and enjoyed both the quality of the cottage and the excellent amenities. The host was attentive but not obtrusive and keen to make sure we had a nice time. Our 14 and 16 year olds really liked the hot tub and the large TV in each of the rooms, there are great views from the tub and cottage.The local Tesco is well stocked and only a 5 min drive away (walkable in 10-15 mins). 'Great little, old quirky cottage in a pleasant village! Nice and warm, cosy cottage and a well stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc to hand. All facilities including dish washer and washing machine if you need it. Host was responsive and helpful too. On the whole it was very clean, a few things need fixing like tiles outside the back door but it didn’t take away the charm of the place. We visited the pub and the locals were so friendly!
