'I had a very relaxing time at this property. The staff were very kind and attentive and would check up on me quite regularly about any needs I might have. I rented a scooter for the day and felt the axle was bit misaligned and expressed my concern. They immediately and rather quickly brought another one which was perfect.
The food served is also very delicious and I would recommend to have breakfast included as the property is a bit further from imperial city.

'The atmosphere of the hotel was truly wonderful.
It had a charming, vintage style that perfectly matched the historic vibe of Hue. The staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was delicious—especially the pho, which was the best I’ve ever had. I’m already planning to visit again.
I also heard that the hotel remained safe during the recent historic flooding in Hue. If you’re looking for flood-safe accommodation, I highly recommend this place
