'Pretty close to Yale campus'

'Great spot close to everything with a secure entrance to the building. Easy access to the unit Quick responses and good communication from the host. Great unit with lots of amenities! Definitely would stay here again and again!!'

'We appreciated the roomy accommodations along with a fridge and TV for some downtime entertainment.'

'Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed. The host even mailed an item we left behind. Thank you and we would book again if we return to the area'

'The place was cooled before I arrived with an air conditioning unit making it a nice welcome. The host was communicative and hospitable. They left more than enough towels, pillows, blankets. I super appreciated how clean everything was and it smelled good which made them comfortable to use and sleep in the bed.'

'My only constructive thought on the property would be to add some sitting in the living room. I happened to be there with my ex wife, so that part was interesting. A cheap chair would do.The loft area is difficult to navigate as a tall man, but I get that it needs to be used. The unit next door had a Halloween party with intense drinking, but it is a college town and did not interrupt us. The property was very clean, which is why I gave it 5 stars. Thank you for everything, my thoughts are...

'Nice place for a couple days to take a break from the city. The bottle of wine with plenty of chocolate treats were a pleasant welcoming gift. The queen size bed was comfortable, and the AC kept the place nice and cool. The winding staircase leading to the bedroom though was a bit of a challenging surprise--especially if you needed to visit the bathroom on the ground floor during the night. It was also very pleasant to have morning breakfast on the porch. The only downsize to that was the...

'Very comfortable stay!'

'Our visit was short, , but it was enjoyable while we were there. The host thought of everything as far as toiletries and really went out of their way to make sure that we had the basics of what we needed, which was a nice refreshing change from most rentals. The beds were very comfortable and loved the big bathtub.!!'

'Great location to visit Yale. Pictures represent the unit well.'

'On both nights of our stay we dealt with loud noises from the apartment above going past 1:30 AM. This was unsettling and prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. While the pictures online are accurate as regards the interior – it was clean and updated - they don’t illustrate the unfortunate exterior environment. The “off street parking” is a communal dirt area behind two houses with potholes and a very narrow driveway connecting it to the road. If you have a minivan or a larger car, you...

'The property is immaculate and the service very responsive.'

'Well equipped kitchen, bright and airy rooms, very clean and very comfortable !'

'Very old house, but clean, cozy and nice location for visiting Yale.'

'We stayed with two other couples for a local wedding nearby. This place is a lot larger than what the pictures capture! Comfortable beds in three private rooms were perfect for us! Easy check-in and check-out procedures. Plenty of street parking. We enjoyed our stay!'

'Great stay'

'Unit was comfortable and met all our needs while attending a wedding. Host was courteous, detailed and friendly for the check in n out process. We'd stay at the unit again.'
