'When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon.'

'Very nice hotel. The room is beautiful, beds are comfy and clean. The overall decor was very high-end. The staff was very friendly and helpful mostly. The daily amenity fee has no value however; you get glass bottled water which is nice and records and record player in the room - not worth $29 (there's no pool or complimentary food just the bottled water in the room and lemon water in the lobby during the day). It was surprising to find that the front desk area and elevator lobby lights...

'The check-in process was OK due to some confusion about what ID they required. The room itself was clean. Although this is the third Motel 6 I have stayed in where the bathroom door has been fixed due to what looks like someone trying to break it down. The carpark isn't in the best condition. Also I stayed over a Saturday and Sunday and there were only a few spots left on the Saturday. Conveniently located to public transport to get into Downtown Chicago.'

'The stay was great, everyday the place is cleaned. And the location of the guest is close to the Mariano's grocery store.'

'I stayed here for a work trip and I think it was pretty great. The common areas were clean, the host responded in some occasions. They communicated well with check in and check out. I do have some concerns, I brought up some safety concerns I had concerning one of the other guests and my safety. This guest was up at random hours of the night and I reached out to the host with no response from them. I had to reach out to the housekeeping who reassured me that all cameras do work in case...

'I did not feel safe here. Located on a parking lot where people were hanging out and doing drugs all night long. Because of this there was a terrible weed smell in the room and also a lot of noise. The room itself was okay. Nice bed and TV. Airconditioning was loud but worked fine. Bathroom was old but functioning. The place can definitely use some touch ups.'

'The hotel lobby is spacious and beautiful. They have a few different spaces to sit and work or perhaps just chit chat with a traveling companion. I booked a one bed bedroom and the space was big. Bigger than any other one bed hotel room I’ve ever had in the past. I loved the desk next to the tv, the couch by the window, the couch desk, the bathroom and there were so many outlets in the room. Having control of the thermostat was fantastic too! Front desk staff were so kind and helpful too.'

'I honestly do not know how this hotel is operating at the price point they are charging. I checked in during a sold-out weekend in Chicago and paid nearly the same price I later paid at a much nicer DoubleTree, which made this experience even more disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The hallways, rooms, and overall condition of the property gave very little confidence in cleanliness or upkeep. I refused to sleep under the hotel sheets and...

'12 nachten verblijf met vrouw en kind. Kamer was ruim en schoon met veilig raamkozijn op de 6e verdieping. Bedden waren goed, douche en toilet ook. Wij waren gewend dat om de paar dagen de kamer zou worden schoongemaakt met nieuwe handdoeken, toiletpapier en zeep, maar moesten dat bij de receptie zelf aangeven, het is maar wat je gewend bent. Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt is prima maar niet over de top, tot maximaal 9 uur vonden wij te vroeg en daardoor gingen veel mensen op het laatste...
