'We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend it to others! The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our trip. They communicated very promptly over messages and calls, and gave us clear information about parking, amenities, and check-in/check-out which made everything stress-free from the start. The room itself was exquisite — spotlessly clean, beautifully laid out, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the warm, low lighting which made the space...

'Only one criticism I have is about the parking .There are only 2 parking spaces at the B&B this only came to my attention when I had booked and received the welcome email/text .i was lucky while I was staying I managed to get one for the 3 days .Other than its a great place to stay very clean and well maintained .'

'The hotel is perfectly placed in the centre of York and easy to get to. The staff were lovely and were able to accommodate giving us a lower-level room, which was so helpful (especially when pregnant in a heatwave!). There were lots of options available in the mini bar as well as teas, coffees, etc. The room was very comfortable and clean - we will definitely return next time we come to York.'

'We hebben een prima verblijf gehad bij B B. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en het parkeren is goed geregeld. Lekker dichtbij het centrum ook. Het ontbijt is lekker. In de kamer waren er wat dingen verouderd: de deur piept en kraakt, er zaten (schimmel?)vlekken op het plafond en de matrassen waren niet erg stevig. Maar al met al waren we erg tevreden!'

'Rooms were clean, quiet and had everything you needed. This hotel is room only. You have a key for the front door to come in and out and key for your room. There is a number to contact the owners but only saw them when checking in. Rooms provide tea/coffee and bottled water. It’s a no nonsense hotel which has everything you need in your room for your stay.'
