'The Den was fantastic - clean/plenty of room/kitchen facilities fantastic/bedroom fabulous and great walk in shower - could not fault a single thing about our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a great break - can walk into Leyburn for shops and good pubs and great walks of the The Dales.'

'The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Access was easy using the door enrty codes provided. Wifi was good and easy to log onto. The Guest house was also vey quiet, with no disturbances. I used the breakfast room before I left, and ate granola, greek yoghurt and blueberries with a Coffee latte. These were dispensed from a vending machine, but were fresh and tasted lovely. Bowls, mugs and cuttlery were available. The staff I met were also friendly and chatty. I would highly recommend...

'Staff was extremely courteous and attentive, room was spotless, very close to central station and all the main attractions. Will definitely use this hotel again in my next visit to York.'

'Everything was perfect. Except no plug in the sink and the water was very hot. So not able to mix water. Also not informed it was self check in till I got there . Easy once explained though '

'Very comfy big bed, shower and taps took ages to get hot, but eventually did. Lots of tea and coffee options in room together with a fridge with wine and snacks if required. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Bit strange going in and out at back of the building, but happy to recommend as somewhere central to stay.'
