'The staff were very warm and welcoming upon arrival. Our suite was spacious and clean with all the essentials. The view of the harbour was beautiful and we could see the sun rise to the east over the lake each morning. The pool and hot tub area was spacious and clean and the kids really enjoyed their time there. The staff graciously extended the pool hours on the Friday night to accommodate the guests who were in town for the Cheer competition. Thornbury is a quaint little town with nice shops...

'communication was very timely. Location was good - quieter than we thought for being above a store on the main street. Internet was atrocious and didn't get fixed during our stay. And each of the rooms needs a lamp. the washroom needs a place to put things. There was no shelf space for toiletries, hair dryer, etc.. Otherwise, everything was pretty good. '

'Very convenient location enabling us to walk everywhere. Drove to Blue Mountain Ski Resort, but didn't stay. Parking TOO Expensive. Enjoyed the harbor. Beds could have been more comfortable & a Toaster wouldbe a nice addition. '

'We spent Thanksgiving weekend with our adult children at Snowbridge. The condo was clean, spacious and well organized with everything that we needed to relax and enjoy our weekend together. It was an easy walk to Blue Mountain Village. We would stay here again. '

'Check in was not good for a same day rental.
Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already.
The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text. The number to text to was said quickly and only once. I had to call again and go through the voice maze twice to get that number. After sending a...
