'wish we had stayed two nights here. The house is in a relaxing area has everything you would want. we woke up with wild turkeys in the backyard and a beautiful sun rise plenty of room and space for a group we did not mind adjusting our itinerary to stay here. It was worth it.'

'There are safety, fire and handicap issues which make this location a risk for fire and physical injury for anyone. The shower height is inappropriate for any age. Extension cords connected to space heaters are a fire hazard. There should be a warning in the description of the property when considering booking for personal comfort. We checked out early as we could not stay at this VRBO.'

'Everything about this stay was excellent except for a small detail about parking. There is a lot next to the building but that’s not the one to use. Small detail missed that cost me a 20 fine. Great location and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. '

'We booked this place for Memorial Weekend, and drove into Camden to explore the town. Host was so friendly and responsive, the cabin was so clean and quaint/cute, loved the location that we go that cabin feel but could drive a short distance to get into town/harbor, and overall had a great time! "Honestly, we really wanted to give a 5 star review, just because Marc was such a great host. But all in all our experience was a bit disappointing - considering what we paid. We had booked a cottage but it was actually a room in a cottage with several other rooms in it. The room itself did not offer the right value for money. It was clean and the bed was great, but everything else felt and looked tired and worn. The curtains looked like they hadn't been replaced since the 90s. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. There was a coffee maker but no condiments to go with it. Camden is a charming place to stay and the High Tide Inn is right on the ocean shore, which probably explains the rates. But if Marc wants to make this place work, he needs to do some work on the place. "
