On sunny days, the courtyard beckons with its BBQ facilities, inviting guests to savour alfresco dining and soak up the beauty of the surroundings.

Ground Floor: entrance, mudroom, laundry, separate toilet, open plan kitchen/dining/living room, 1 bedroom with ensuite, courtyard
First Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with ensuite), 1 bathroom, loft-style bedroom

Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1, Ground Floor: 1 x Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2, First Floor: 1 x King Bed (or 2 x Single Beds) with access to the main bathroom
Bedroom 3, First Floor: 1 x Queen Bed and 1x Single Bed
Loft, First Floor: 1 x Single Bed and 1 x Sofa Bed (suitable for 1 person only)

Only these room configurations can change and must be requested in the booking notes for a variation at the time of booking. If booking within 3-weeks: only the default bedding will be set in the property.
All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied.

Please enter your preferred bedding configuration in the booking notes at the time of booking. If preferred bedding is not received 2 weeks before your arrival, then the default bedding will be made.

Firewood is not supplied during Summer (October to May). Firewood can be purchased from the Thredbo Service Station during these months.
