'Stuff was supper friendly and helpful! We for got some stuff in our room, called the next day and they had it for us waiting at the front desk! Would recommend staying here for sure and the airport shuttle driver was friendly and also took us back to the airport next morning to get our rental car!!'

'The Manor is well kept. The breakfast was nice, there was cereal, bread, bagels, croissants, jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, coffee, tea, juices. Served in a cozy kitchen that sat 13 people..a great opportunity to meet people and chat. There was always someone there on staff to ensure the breakfast was was stocked and answer questions. We met Brenda (owner) and had a great chat. (Fellow hockey parents😊) Our room was the Twillingate on the 3rd floor (lots of steps)...

'We vonden ontvangst beetje koeltjes, wat later wel iets beter werd. We kregen een kamer op de 4e etage, een suite, dat woord vonden we iets overdreven, de lift ging tot de 3e! Als je meerdere dagen blijft is dat wel een ding met zware koffers. Het bed was echt een drama. Netjes was het wel, het had een bepaalde uitstraling, iets wat gedateerd. In het toilet staat het water zo hoog dat je hand soms nat werd. Ontbijt, niet echt bijster goed.Geen brood/broodjes soms verpakte croissants, geen...

'Rooms are a little small, we were a family of 4 travelling. Otherwise, it was clean, service was amazing, the restaurant was great and staff was very helpful. It is located 5 minutes walk to George Street!'

'Perfect cozy stay! The space was large enough for two, private, and the location was perfect! Near enough to be accessible to everything, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Space was perfectly decorated! We loved that there was no TV! Staff was also very helpful!'

'Check in staff were great and allowed us to check in early which was great, however the staff and service at the restaurant was just terrible overall, so I’ll leave it at that. Overall the hotel is showing its age and is obviously due for an upgrade/ refresh. Definitely not up to “Sheraton” standards that’s for sure. It’s definitely not the same Hotel Newfoundland it used to be that’s for sure.'
