'From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. '

'A wonderful family run accommodation, where Duong and his wife make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Duong was extremely helpful in arranging a trip to My Son Sanctuary and an airport transfer. It is possible to rent bicycles for free, so you can easily cycle to places such as Cam Kim Island and An Bang Beach.'

'Lovely staff. Spacious rooms with balcony. Really good breakfast! Vy and Muoi were very helpful and welcoming. Location was good. Away from the noisyness of the old town area but still within easy walking distance. We had a very late check in past midnight but they made sure the security guard had our details and gave us the keys with breakfast information and even took us to our rooms to show how everything works!
