'The location was great, close to the waterfront and within walking distance of the area. The lady at the front desk was also very nice and friendly. However, the place felt quite old and could use better maintenance. Our room wasn’t very clean, especially the washroom, where the tiles had visible mould.'

'Matig hotel, niet super schoon, het ontbijt is voor continentaal matig'

'Really nice and helpful staff, clean room. Great hot tub and pool!'

'It was a great stay for Thunder Bay but it’s Thunder Bay you can’t expect everywhere to be a great location but they went with what they have and it was great, the room was clean the bathroom was clean, the bed looked nice, and the amenities were substantial so overall they did great'

'Clean rooms staff very helpful'

'L’hôtel est belle, les chambres spacieuses et bien rénové. Le déjeuner par contre c’est pas génial. Il y avait des œufs à la coque, gruau , céréales, gaufres , il y avait des galettes d’œufs style mcdo à mettre dans un muffin anglais ou un bagel très décu du déjeuner. Rien sans gluten.'

'Rooms were clean… staff were friendly and attentive.. breakfast was all you will ever need.. lots of parking, but some construction going on'

'Spacious rooms but noisy. Airco does it's work but sounds like a F-16 engine. Kingsize and room with queens: both very hard matras. Staff friendly and helpfull (as your bathroom door is (b)locked from the outside ... and forgood diner suggestions). Continental breakfast good. '
