Rutland Hall Hotel & Spa
A ‘complex’ rather than a ‘hotel’ with facilities spread across an uphill area (transport available). Modern touches, eg the wall pictures are your heaters (took a while to work that out and get warm - worth explaining on registration?).

1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry ...

Comfortable but some DIY needed. Good location, parking is great and access safe and clear.
