This cosy ground floor apartment, with an area of 46 m², stands out for its modern and functional design, carefully detailed. It features a bright living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.



The lounge offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, with sofa, air conditioning (cold/heat), Smart TV with satellite channels and high-speed WiFi connection (600 MB fibre optic). It also has a pleasant dining area.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, electric juicer, fridge and all the necessary crockery for a comfortable stay.



The bedroom, cosy and practical, has two single beds, while the bathroom has a comfortable shower. Additionally, there is the possibility of free street parking.



One of the great added values of the accommodation is its direct access to the Fariones Sports Centre, located just opposite, just 10 metres away. This comprehensive complex offers extensive landscaped areas and excellent facilities such as a gym, swimming pool for adults and children, padel and tennis courts, and an outdoor crossfit area.



Guests will have a personal card that allows unlimited access to the centre during their stay. They can freely enjoy all facilities (except for tennis courts, which require booking and direct payment at the centre), as well as participate in guided activities.



The heated swimming pool is maintained throughout the year at a pleasant temperature of 26°C. The centre's hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 3pm.
