First impressions as you arrive to the gates, WOW. Secure solid beautiful gates lead you into another world set by whirly paths that lead to this beautiful clean spotless property and as you enter the door, the views that we saw on the website, do not do it justice. There is that sense of floating above the blue filled sky when you look out to the view, its almost unreal yet dreamy and breath taking.
The whole property was well equipped and each room and bedroom designed with thought and comfort in mind, little things such as heaters and fans in each room in the wardrobes, there, yet out of sight.
We settled in immediately with a cup of tea and coffee and were grateful that someone had been to the property, realised we were not there and clearly delayed and decided to turn the alarm off and leave the front porch light on for us. The thoughtful mysterious person we had the pleasure of meeting the next day was, Lynne from TNL property management.
Despite the brilliant communications with the owners Norman & Hillary, one document we forgot to print was the directions to the property. what should have taken us 10 minutes journey from the airport, took us over an hour and finding the alarm turned off and visibility when we arrived, we truly appreciated and knew there and then that our stay here will be not only made comfortable by the beautiful property but also the person who manages it on the behalf of the owners.
The owners Norman and Hillary have put much thought in not only their home but the thoughtful detailed guide book on Lanzarote prepared by themselves with do's, don'ts, places that are worth seeing, places to eat, medical information, infect nothing in the well presented guidebook was missed. Furthermore, having Lynne was a blessing, full of knowledge, has time to guide you in the right direction and kept the place spotless. Also when we informed her that the pool man had been, she acted on that immediately and when manyana(tomorrow) came so did Neil, the pool man.
We would highly recommend a stay at this lovely property, a beautiful property within the Tias area of Lanzarote.
