  • Waarom wij? . 10 minuten van het vliegveld. Een gezellig klein appartement. Ideaal voor koppels op zoek naar een rustige locatie op loopafstand van alle voorzieningen en de oude stad. Vriendelijke gepensioneerde Britten bij het zwembad. Zonneterras 11 uur tot zonsondergang zomer en iets later in de winter. Een geweldige functie is geen zon in de ochtend voor het ontbijt op het balkon en om 's middags buiten te zitten en de zon te zien ondergaan over de bergen en de zee. Geweldige zonsondergangen. Heeft grote bank die zeer comfortabel is. Volledig voorzien van airconditioning voor warme dagen en koude nachten. Alle gemakken voorzien incl. Inloopdouche ,, wasmachine, nieuwe 32 "smart high definition tv met volledige Britse en Ierse zenders, magnetron, kluis, - thuis vanuit huis en heel ontspannend. Ik heb privé-internet geïnstalleerd en klanten adviseren wifi het beste dat ze op eiland hebben gehad. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf gemeenschappelijk zwembad met uitzicht over kleine zongebleekte huizen van Lanzarote en de zee. Dit appartement is gezellig gemaakt door een Britse dame die 21 jaar op het eiland woonde. Ze hielden ervan en genoten vooral van de helderheid van apt en frisse lucht die op warme dagen door de twee open ramen stroomde. (plus nieuw airco-systeem) Dat is wat ons anders maakt. De locatie is zeer goed gelegen tussen het strand (5 minuten lopen) en de oude stad (10 minuten lopen). Er zijn 15 kleine stappen naar apt, dus let op voor een mooi balkon met uitzicht op de bergen en de zee. Waarom laten we niet al het werk doen en genieten van vakantie. Belangrijk is dat ik op 100 m afstand blijf om beschikbaar te zijn indien nodig. Ik geef gasten ook een welkomstpakket waar gasten dol op zijn na lang reizen-water, wijn, sap, thee en koffie. Gasten vinden apt leuk omdat het klein en gezellig is en niet zoals de meeste apt. Controleer beoordelingen en boek. Ik woon 100yds weg als er zich problemen voordoen, dus boek met vertrouwen. Ook beveiliging goed op complex met gated complex. Ook zwembad zijn normaal gesproken erg rustig, dus geen problemen om een bed te krijgen

Room had everything we needed and was fully equipped for self catering. We even found a small air fryer which we did not expect. The balcony had a sea view and was a wonderful sun trap from about 11am onwards until end of day. Parasol provided on balcony for when it got a bit too hot. Communication from Billy was great before, during and after our stay and he left a nice welcome pack for us for when we arrived which was much appreciated. The pool area was a short walk away and was generally quiet but more than enough sunbeds. Apartment was close to the beach and seafront as well as 10 minutes from Lidl and about 15 mins from Mercadona as well as host of smaller shops nearby to cater for all your needs.

Nice apartment near the sea

Me and my boyfriend had a nice stay. The excellent location allowed us to make the most of our holiday, billy is very nice and helpful

Billy was a fantastic host, made us feel welcome while still leaving us with privacy. His apartment is lovely for anyone looking for a great location for a cheaper price than a hotel in the local area. Billy let us stay later then the expected check out time too which was very accommodating. Overall 10/10 experience.

Apartamento ideal para pasar unos días de descanso en Puerto del Carmen. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario y está a escasos minutos de la playa y zona de ocio. Se aparca sin problema en los alrededores incluso en temporada alta.

The pool was too cold for us but clean. There are stairs so not handi cap friendly and it’s older property. We loved how well stocked it was from beach chairs to sun hats and even soft patio furniture. We loved the sun on both sides. We’d definitely stay here again. And English tv!

We had an excellent stay Billy's apartment it really was home from home everything you needed was there an more about 15 minutes from the main strip given how good the apartment was we would do it again also the pool was right next door an two minutes to a little supermarket was had all you need overall excellent stay billy was only a phone call away if we needed anything but given it was all there also the apartment was spotlessly clean great shower billy your a top man

Apartamento perfecto para 2 personas. Cocina con 2 fuegos y suficientemente equipada. La mesa está en la terraza y tiene una sombrilla grande para poder comer a la sombra. Urbanización muy tranquila sin problemas para aparcar.A menos de 10 minutos de la playa y del paseo marítimo con bares y restaurantes. Supermercados a 5 minutos.

Tout ce qu'il faut pour deux personnes

Le logement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour deux personnes. La piscine est peu fréquentée et bien entretenu. A 10 minutes à pieds de la plage. Le propriétaire est accueillant et réactif par messages. Seul soucis, nous avons eu des travaux tous les matins de la semaine dès 8h du matin... Egalement, dès coupures d'eau régulières le soir car priorité donnée aux hotels...

Great stay in cozy apartment

The location of Billy's apartment is ideal for access to both the Old town and the strip. The apartment also has two mini market shops close by and the larger Lidl supermarket within easy walking distance. The amenities within the apartment itself include: air condition, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, walk in shower etc. We particularly liked the balcony as it was private and not overlooked by any other properties which made it ideal for sun bathing in the afternoons when it caught the sun. The swimming pool has several sun lounges and again has a private feel to it, should you wish to take a dip to cool off.

Piso pequeño pero agradable

El piso está muy bien ubicado, es pequeño pero para una pareja es más que suficiente. Una zona tranquila y cerca de la zona del paseo marítimo. El propietario, a pesar de no estar, estuvo en contacto todo el tiempo y nos dio muchas indicaciones para encontrar la casa y detalles sobre el piso. Además, nos dejó desayuno, cafés, tes, leche, zumos, agua... Como puntos negativos, quizás faltaba un poco de limpieza y para comer dentro de la casa no hay ninguna mesa, solo una muy pequeña auxiliar y la que está en la terraza. Por lo que si quieres comer dentro, es un poco complicado. La cama y las almohadas nos parecieron un poco incómodas, pero eso ya es por el tipo al que estés acostumbrado. En general muy bien, un piso confortable, bien ubicado y con muchas prestaciones.

Wat kleiner appartement, alles aanwezig, kan hier en daar wel wat opgeknapt worden, goed twee persoons bed. Mooi balkon met middag zon Veel trappen naar het appartement. Spaanse onderburen overdag erg "aanwezig" Verder een rustige omgeving ook 's avonds. Al met al toch een goed adres voor de prijs.

Appartement très bien équipé, très bien situé (proche mer, piscine à disposition). L'environnement est calme. Les relations avec Billy ont été faciles et très conviviales. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Muy tranquilo

El alojamiento está en una zona y en una urbanización muy tranquilas, perfectas para poder descansar. El piso es sencillo, pero suficiente para dos personas. Dispone de aire acondicionado, de pago, pero muy económico, lo cual está genial. La limpieza es correcta en general. Echamos en falta que no hubiese algunos útiles de limpieza (detergente de la lavadora o fairy) para no tener que comprar un bote entero para un par de días. Repetiríamos!

Perfect little apartment

This was a nice sized apartment for a solo traveller and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable! The aircon was a godsend for an Irish person who does not fair well in too much heat. Billy met me at the apartment, showed me around and made sure I knew how everything worked. He was always a text away (like when I locked myself out of the apartment on the second day) and super helpful. There was conveniently water and wine (and more) already in the fridge when I arrived which was a treat for someone as unorganised as me! Will definitely be returning to this apartment when visiting Puerto Del Carmen again!

Gerne wieder

Dafür gibt es nur ein Wort: Vorbildlich. Wohnung, Lage, Ruhe - es ist alles hervorragend. Auch die Parkplatzsituation direkt vor der Türe ist völlig entspannt und eher untypisch positiv im Vergleich zu anderen spanischen Touristenorten. Der Vermieter Billy ist innerhalb weniger Minuten wie ein Freund. Super Kommunikation und zur freudigen Überraschung war sogar der Kühlschrank mit einem Willkommensgruß gefüllt. Die Ausstattung des Apartements ist vollständig. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Winter Break

Excellent communication with the friendly owner Billy, before and during our stay. Very short walk to the main beach and promenade/strip area. A local supermarket just metres away and a large Lidl 5-10 mins walk. Everything and more for your holiday in the apartment. TV and internet. Safety box. Pool area nice and more than enough loungers. Thank you very much Billy.

My perfect fortnight

Great communication with Billy from booking this wee gem of an apartment..he met me out of my taxi n showed me to his place...Great wee pad,great internet,great patio,great air con n best bed ive ever slept in on holiday...10 mins at the most walk down to the strip and beach...about 15 mins to the harbour and old town..it really is in a great location with a supermarket on your doorstep...Ive been goin to Lanza for 5 years now and i'll youz Billys place every time from now on..Loved it

Great location

Stayed with my fiancé for 10 nights late may/early June. Billy was there to meet us and on hand if we needed anything and left a lovely welcome pack with essentials. Shop downstairs with everything you need for day to day basics open until 11 pm each night. The air conditioning was a welcomed surprise and one which we made use of. Apartmentis small but cosy and has all the essentials in a good location between both old/new town. Quiet complex with both holiday makers and full time residents. Looking forward to returning in the future .

Communication with owner was great. Billy met us on arrival explained all we needed to know.about apartment very well equipped and in great location.the air con was very welcome also.
