Going up the private staircase, we access a hallway that leads to a spacious and bright living room with flat-screen television and a traditional Canarian balcony, perfect for enjoying the local atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, juicer, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker. Guests can eat in the cosy dining room, also ideal as a comfortable and quiet work space.

An elegant spiral staircase leads to the spacious upper terrace, undoubtedly one of the great attractions of the villa. There is a relaxation area with sun loungers, a private hot tub and panoramic ocean views, creating a perfect atmosphere to rest and unwind. For groups of guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required.



During local holidays and holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.



The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
