'What a treat it was! We arrived the morning of the Nor'easter, so we basically had the entire place to ourselves. What an amazing stay. We stayed 4 days. The Bungalow was PRISTINE as well as the entire property. I couldnt believe it was the same place (Captain Bobs) that my Dad and i used to rent boats from in the 1960s. Job well done Blu Fin. 'The house is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, clean, and the view is spectacular.The outdoor space is lovely as well. 'Super clean and comfortable. Have to point out the coffee mugs. Not the tiny stick your pinky out tea cups. Massive coffee lover mugs you can fill and enjoy on the back patio deck. "This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
