"Always wonderful staying at BW. Been staying at BW since the days it was known as Town Lodge. Really great to see major improvements over the years with management actually implementing suggested changes by guests. BW recently took over management of the Apartments, so I stayed there this time round. They are very private and quiet, with a nicely maintained serene garden. The place makes you forget the madness of the city. It’s outside the main building, which offers more privacy, but you will have to cross the street to access the main building for breakfast and restaurants. Security is great, even though the apartments are not part of the main building. Staff go way and above to make guests feel welcome. Pauline and her entire team at the front desk/reception are absolutely amazing! So are the staff at the restaurant. Happy to return to the hotel as always."
