'Property and location were great. Well worth staying. Having a dock right outside your door was fantastic and made it easy to get out on the water each morning and closing the boat up for the night (while drinking a cheeky beer) just as easy.The boat launch on site that is shared with the houses on Interlaken as well the surrounding Smith Point neighbors was a little tricky. There is a large rock restricting the entrance to the water and two large rocks in the water, which meant the trailer...

'The place was clean on entry. Everything in the home was in good working order. All lights, TVs, etc worked well. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy with everything I needed to cook breakfast and heat up basic dinners. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Doug was a great and responsive host. I’d stay again!'

'It was peaceful and quiet, nice water view from the picture window , whole place was nice sized, Nice sized kitchen downstairs and office room, The main bathroom upstairs was nice and balcony was very nice, However the strong smell of animal urin all upstairs in the living room/bedroom was overwhelming, We brought our own lysol wipes to wipe everything down and used our Febreeze air spray to try to clean the smell upstairs , the little sofa looked stained and smelled, We sprayed it with...

'Very clean, perfect for little ones who want to be loud and can have their own space. The basement had a full gym, which we didn't have a chance to use, but very well stocked, especially with a sauna. We left our Apple Watch, and the cleaners found it! Host of very responsive! It was a bit farther than we'd hoped to Pat's Peak but still worth it!Thank you for a wonderful stay!!'

'The house held 7 of us so comfortably - plenty of room. Great location with beautiful views and a mile from Gunstock mountain. Well equipped kitchen, games, and a bonus of a separate game room. It really checked all the boxes for an excellent 3-day family gathering.'
