The staff are incredibly accommodating as my dad left his car key and they notified us immediately to make arrangements. Love the area. Great place. Would 100% book here again! '

"Brsibane is great. Although the hotel is in the centre somehow it manged to be somewhere where there is absolutly nothing. But don't worry, within 10-15 minutes walk you are in all the goo places or with Lime or uber. Go to South Bank (little stanley street) or city beach, or the Cliffs boardwalk for good food or Fortitude valley for nightlife ;)"
"Locatie ligt net buiten Brisbane, maar wel dichtbij het vliegveld. De naam Shangri La doet vermoeden dat het aan de grote keten verbonden is, maar dit lijkt een onafhankelijke uitbater te zijn. Het interieur van de kamer is wat gedateerd, maar wel schoon. En gratis parkeren voor de deur is een pre. Het gratis ontbijt, stelt niet heel veel voor, maar wel prettig om iets te hebben in de ochtend voor vertrek als je vroeg bij het vliegveld moet zijn. Op de locatie zelf is niet veel te doen, wel dichtbij Fastfood eetgelegenheden en een klein winkelcentrum. Voor een enkele nacht prima."
