'Helpful staff and beautiful grounds'

'Air conditioner was not controlled by thermostat, either on the unit or on the wall. It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Both thermostats were set in the low 60s, and the temperature only occasionally got down close to 70 degrees. If the unit had been responding to thermostat settings, it would have felt frigid in the room. 'Room was clean, however there was a weird exposed wire on the night stand and after 3 different requests, the staff never provided a cot for my son, luckily we made the king bed work.'

The hotel claimed that Expedia sent the wrong information to them, and even though my receipt said two queen beds, they would not honor it. 'What a horrible experience my sister and I had, the rooms were very dated and dirty. The 1st room we were given was in a totally unacceptable condition. The bed covers were wrinkled both looking as if they’d been laid on, the pullout couch where my little nieces would sleep had dirty spots, bleached out stains no covers were provided for it in the original room nor the room we had to move to which was just doable, though not much better especially the couch. 'Everything good! just my shower head needed to be cleaned and my water would only be super hot or super cold there was no in between.'

'The room was nice, hotel clean, gym area was okay - 2 treadmills that rattled a little. My niece and her boyfriend enjoyed the indoor pool and they had very nice outdoor areas. The only issue I had was that my tub would not drain properly and even though I reported it, they did not resolve. I had to steadily turn the shower off to allow it to drain so that it didn’t end up around my ankles. That to me is gross and should have been a priority once reported.'

'People having a party on the terras of the ground floor room with a Ghettoblaster on very loud. Further, during the night a constantly reoccurring loud noise, probably from cars starting in the parking next to my room, but sounded as a kind drilling.'
