'It is a very well located property and it’s nicely built. Much remains to be desired on maintaining part though but the staff is great. Highly recommended.'

'I had a very disappointing stay and would not choose this property again. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The washrooms were dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell throughout our stay. The body lotion provided in our room had already been used, and there was a used towel left behind, which immediately raised concerns about housekeeping. The bedding also appeared not to have been properly washed, and both of us developed a rash after sleeping on it. We requested a room...

'The rooms were pretty decent but had issues with the bathroom exhaust which was not working properly hence emitting foul smell in the room. Breakfast was not at all upto 4 star standard in terms of spread and taste. '

'Five stars all the way, great staff, very clean property, up on top of the town where it is quiet and shanti.'

'Camp Oak View was in an amazing location with views. We stayed in the glass house which was spacious, clean and cozy for us travelling as a couple. My partner fell ill with a fever and the staff could not be more helpful in providing medicine, heater, food etc. They were truly great'

'Great hotel with wonderful staff. 10/10'

'The experience was good the stay took me to the old era.the food was good the service was good.the personal touch of the owners of the property touched us.'

Toilet seats are too small and uncomfortable- it’s kids size only so anyone with good physique and height will feel very uncomfortable! Overall 3 star experience - could have been better as I have stayed in much better hotels in Palampur. This place is...

'Beautiful location and very close to mandir ' Hotel has accommodated really well and has been very helpful and kind. Whole team and management were very friendly. This hotel is very close to the temple- Chintapurni Mata Mandir so it worked out well for us. The food of the location is also very good.'
