'Cute, updated, little condo. With decent beds and plenty of everything you may need for the beach. Stephanie was quick to respond with answers to any of my questions. Very close to the beach. Only downside is the parking is extremely limited and no TVs in the bedrooms. I enjoy working from my bed with the tv on in the background. If you can avoid bringing separate vehicles, you should.'

'We stayed here the night before boarding a cruise ship and absolutely loved it! We were able to walk on the beach and it’s so close to the terminal we were able to watch the cruise ships leave port. Highly recommend! Check-in was super easy and upon booking, I had immediate information and instructions on checking in, codes, time, etc. I will definitely be booking this cute place again!'

'This was the best property we have booked on VRBO. Doug and Cathy are fantastic to work with. Everything you need is within walking or a very short drive. All the little details they cover makes you feel at home instantly. A short drive to Orlando to do the theme parks, puts you right back on the beach the same day. 'This condo is in a great location - right on the beach and a very short walk (less than 1/3 mile) to restaurants, bars, shopping. It is very clean and updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware. There are two beach chairs, umbrella, cooler with wheels and boogie boards. The bed has a mattress topper and is very comfortable. Honestly, the place is even better than the pictures. I highly recommend!'

'We had a great beach vacation and the location of this property is fantastic. Hit the beach every day, did a fishing charter, which is great for the kids and we even saw a rocket launch and the booster come back down to land right from the balcony.'

'The property is old, and the elevator is slow and noisy, but those are minor things. The location was excellent, away from the congestion of Cocoa Beach, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Our unit was clean and comfortably furnished, complete with all that you need to enjoy the ocean. Our grandson said it best, “It’s old, but it’s nice. I really like it here”. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'

'I knew nothing about cocoa Beach when I arrived, but host was very helpful before I booked. Great location, loved being on the beach. Condo was clean and walkable to lots of restaurants. Host always got back to me quickly when I had questions. Only complaint would be that the condo complex had renovations going on so the pool was closed and there was occasional noise. Not sure we would have used the pool anyway, but would have been nice to know ahead of time that there was construction. Overall...

'The hotel and staff were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. I did not like that they charged for breakfast. I felt like the price of the hotel room itself was high enough and it should have been included. If it had been a full buffet, I would have understood, but it was simply a continental breakfast, that you would have received for free at similar hotels.'
