'I wish they provided basic toiletries like disposable combs and toothbrush/toothpaste for travelers who had luggage delays. That wasn’t helpful to not have access to at this hotel. Also confused why my child was told they didn’t have a pool, when our room had direct view to that pool.'

'I want my money back. I was sold s place that was beach front ,nkt a half mile away from the beach. They didnt even have curtains at my room so I was up at 6am because of the sunlight. Bad bad experience. I tried to move rooms to their closer to the beach unit, but they gad no openings I felt that I was lied to ...complete scam'

'The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea.'

'Really enjoyed our stay here and Anita was great with us, very friendly and willing to arrange taxis for some other visits. The accommodation is about a 30 minute easy walk from Porto Montenegro (or a 4/5 minute taxi drive). It is fairly near the airport but we never had any issue with noise from the planes. Great location to have as a base to explore the surrounding area. '
