Our host Filippo was excellent from the time he greeted us at the property, carried our bags up to our room, arranged taxi rides, provided a wonderful breakfast every morning, provided great and timely communication as well as making dinner reservations for us at an exceptional spot under Roman ruins. 'We stayed in 5 different hotels over the course of two weeks. This was by far our favorite hotel. Our room was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. The staff was so helpful, and catered to our every whim. The Roman pool was one of kind. The courtyard was gorgeous and intimate. Don't except the Ritz, but this place deserves to be heralded for what it has to offer. We will stay again for sure. Well done Giovanni!!!!'

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend. The location is absolutely perfect expecially is you enjoy walking, and I would say Rome is a city to be walked. The hotel was a 7 minute walk in different directions to The Collesseum, Trevi Fountain, The Partheon and a 30 minutes walk to The Vatican. The hotel is blessed with having multiple restaurants right on the door step, as well as a convenience store to stop up on things for the room.The room was very clean, spacious, nice...

'Perfect location and great breakfast with view on Colosseum. Price/quality, room is ok but very simple. Maybe because we booked via Expedia/hotels.com. Our room was directly behind reception, no name on the door. The other rooms did- romance, luxury.. So if you book I recommend you to book these. '
