'Wonderful home! We had enough space for our two young families to relax after exploring the Williamsburg area. The host was very easy to communicate with.'

'This property was perfect for our whole family to enjoy Williamsburg/ ( about 10-15 minutes easy drive ) . Plus close to food store etc and a great playground you can drive to. We had both units upstairs and down and the space was great for our group of12 . ( age range 78- 3 months ). The kids enjoyed indoor pool , mini golf and playground. Highly recommend .'

'Property was at a Great location! Very dog friendly and cute bedrooms. My only issue were in the main bedroom (shower head needs to be replaced). Neighbors parked in our assigned parking space. We also, say a few insects/bugs within the home. However, overall the home was perfect🙂'

'This is a home away from home everything you need. You can hear the birds when you sit on the covered porch no trains or cars just peaceful and quiet. The decor is beautifully done. When you venture out Main Street has some great shoos and restaurants.'

'This was a nice quiet location for a weekend getaway.The home was clean and comfortable, the backyard delightful (if only it were a touch warmer, we would have enjoyed the pool!), the kitchen well-stocked with tools,the beds comfortable. We were a touch worried about the dog boarding facility, but you can really only hear the dogs barking around meal time and it stops pretty quickly. 'The house was a perfect getaway for me and my three college friends—beautiful view, comfortable, well equipped, with kind and responsive owners. We especially loved the upstairs sitting area and the screened porch. We enjoyed the casual seafood restaurant just down the road and walking at a nearby state park. The ferry ride to Jamestown and Williamsburg was lovely and dependable. We highly recommend this relaxing home!'

'Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay.'

'The grounds are well maintained, the rental was well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen! We stayed with family, having the joined units was really nice. Every room was clean and beds comfortable. Great location to get around. We had a minor issue, maintenance came right away and resolved. It happens and wasn't a big deal. The indoor pool was so crowded that we couldn't get in, it was at capacity, disappointing but not the fault of the host. The mini golf was nice.'

'Lovely location to relax and spend time with family. The woods and water are beautiful and an easy 25 minute drive to Williamsburg. House was very clean and our teenagers loved their separate space downstairs. Owner was great to work with an responded quickly to our questions.'

'This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. We stayed in the apprentice cabin and it was very nice and comfortable-exept the queen bed could have used a spring base...

'No housekeeping service. No microwave. People actually live here. Hard to get help from the front desk when they were around. Half the facility isnt even open.'
