'The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. 'The Perfect Getaway Home My family stayed at Sugarlands Villa in December 2024, and it was spectacular. This villa provided the perfect retreat for a family seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. 'Pros 1. Lovely quiet neighborhood. 2. Central location and close to everything. 3. The apartment is just as the pictures and very spacious Cons 1. Very little kitchen utensils. We had to borrow pots and pans from a friend in order to cook. Also the kitchen seemed to be hardly used therefore there was a lot of dust in the cupboards. 2. The washing machine did not work. 3. No cable TV. But I guess this is my fault because it was never advertised. 4. Lots of electrical issues. Two of the four...
