Villa Alessandra is located about 9 km from Todi, in the Tiber Valley, in the heart of Umbria.
This splendid villa is an ideal base from which to discover the most popular destinations in this region known as the 'Green Heart of Italy'. This area will offer you unique moments and unforgettable experiences, with its rich history, art and culture, as well as breathtaking landscapes and natural settings.
From here, art cities and historic villages are easily accessible for day trips within an hour's drive. Among the must-see destinations are: Todi, a medieval hilltop town, with its majestic cathedral and the Temple of San Fortunato; Perugia, an Etruscan city with thousand-year-old walls that will enchant you with its historical and artistic charm. Assisi, with the majestic Basilica of St. Francis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a place of pilgrimage and contemplation. Gubbio, a town famous for its medieval atmosphere, the majestic Piazza Grande and the Palazzo dei Consoli. Orvieto, with the magnificent Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and the characteristic St. Patrick's Well. The property is completely fenced with private parking and an automatic gate. Access to the villa is via a short drive of approximately 1.5 km along a dirt road through the Umbrian countryside.
Villa Alessandra is a charming property that can accommodate up to 10 people.
This elegant stone farmhouse, which has been completely renovated, combines the charm of traditional architecture with the comfort of modern interiors enriched by authentic furnishings. The exposed wooden beams and large panoramic windows create a cosy and bright atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside at any time of the day.
The house is on two floors, connected by an internal staircase.
On the ground floor there are:
- a spacious living room with sofas, TV, fireplace, armchairs and a table with chairs, with direct access to the porch equipped for outdoor dining;
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining table with views and direct access to the garden;
- a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in wardrobe;
- one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower;
- one bedroom with two single beds;
- a bathroom with shower.
The first floor consists of:
- a living room with a double sofa bed;
- a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a walk-in wardrobe and a small terrace.
All rooms are air-conditioned.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 200,00; small and medium sized pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 1,50 per person per night, for a maximum of 4 nights (children under 15 exempted).
