'We had a lovely stay. The landhouse is located on a tiny unpaved road, which adds to the experience, and on a small hilltop. The views on the beautiful Umbrian landscape are almost 360 degrees. It is very quiet in the positive sense. The sky is dark at night, I could see the milkyway. The garden is huge, as is the pool. We particularly loved the surrounding vineyards and sunflower fields. Shops are at about 10 minutes driving distance. Gian is the most caring owner. Nothing is too much for him:...

'Our group included grandparents and 2 families. The Villa provided all the space we needed with several area's to sit. The pool was fantastic and host, Alice really helpful. The beds were comfortable, and ensuites, although a little tired all functioned well. Any problems were remedied quickly and efficiently'

'The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.'
