'Our stay at San Giovanni del Pantano was truly perfect! The villa was exactly as shown and the location was perfect for easy day trips. Rolando was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had. Alyona was there to greet us and always available throughout our stay. The house is beautiful and full of charm! 'Perfect location, perhaps a 5-minute walk from the historic town center. Ample space in a quiet corner of the old part of Perugia. We used our apartment as our base of operations to explore the city and the Umbria region for nearly a full month. This was exactly what we had hoped for. Also, it's an easy walk to the city's "Minimetro," which takes you directly to the central train station. 'The property is a haven of peace off a busy street. Easy to get into the old town by use of the wonderful mini metro that was less than 5 minutes walk away. Also walking distance to the railway station where we also hired a car. Great to have off street parking. The beds were comfortable and the only things we missed were armchairs (the property is not large enough to have a lounge) and some milk and teabags to make a drink on our arrival.'

After spending time in Rome and Assisi, my husband found this gem for our family to have a few days to reflect on everything we had seen before heading home. After renting two cars at the Perugia airport, we drove to the house and picked up groceries at a supermarket along the way.
