'The villa and grounds were immaculate. The staff were friendly and always willing and eager to please. We had no complaints at all. '

'We had a lovely stay. The landhouse is located on a tiny unpaved road, which adds to the experience, and on a small hilltop. The views on the beautiful Umbrian landscape are almost 360 degrees. It is very quiet in the positive sense. The sky is dark at night, I could see the milkyway. The garden is huge, as is the pool. We particularly loved the surrounding vineyards and sunflower fields. 'We really enjoyed the house, swimming pool and the garden. Everything was lovely. The environment is beautiful and so much to see. We visited the restaurant in the village twice, we liked the simple but the very good dishes.'

Clearly furnished with love, equipped with everything you need (a coffee machine AND coffee pods!), a beautiful pool, and an amazing view over to Assisi.The owners were welcoming, and Daniela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Assisi isn't really within walking distance, but Daniela recommended a great driver, and there are some pretty villages and towns not too far away.'

'Heel,fijn appartement! de ligging is fantastisch met eenheden mooi uitzicht op Bettona, eendrachtig middeleeuws dorpje. Minder geschikt echter voor langere mensen, omdat het plafond boven de trap en in de badkamer vrij laag is. En internet is heel traag als het al werkt.'

'Beautiful courtyards and property. Need a car. Living space/kitchen not big enough for 8 adults. We ate two lovely meals at the little restaurant. Kitchen could be better equipped as not enough glasses etc. Great staff very helpful'
