Villa's in Perugia

'We had a lovely stay. The landhouse is located on a tiny unpaved road, which adds to the experience, and on a small hilltop. The views on the beautiful Umbrian landscape are almost 360 degrees. It is very quiet in the positive sense. The sky is dark at night, I could see the milkyway. The garden is huge, as is the pool. We particularly loved the surrounding vineyards and sunflower fields. Shops are at about 10 minutes driving distance. Gian is the most caring owner. Nothing is too much for him:...

'Words cannot express how beautiful, comfortable, warm and cozy our villa was. Rosa is an amazing hostess who brought baked good s in the morning. We cooked st the villa several nights which was so much fun and it was an amazing experiences. We all absolutely loved the villa, its location, Todi is an amazing city and, of course, Rosa, a new friend. '

'We stayed a week in the 2 person appartement on the ground floor. Very nice. Cool, nice bed and bath room and the kitchen annex living room nicely furnished. Outside you have your patio with astonishing views and well maintained pool and grounds. Spello is a beautiful toen with enough very good restaurants. Nadia speakers English very well is nearly ever day there ti check her guests. One thing I shoud do different: remove the hedges around the swimming pool for the view.'

'De ligging, het uitzicht, de voorzieningen, de tuin zijn echt fantastisch!!!!Hier en daar is echter wel wat (achterstallig) onderhoud vereist. En VRBO had ons geen sleutelcode gestuurd waardoor we het huis niet binnen konden komen, 's nachts om 12.00 uur... Het is naar onze mening geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen. Ondanks de genoemde zaken is het zeker een aanrader. De tuin, zwembad, uitzicht, verschillende terrassen en alle voorzieningen maken alkes meer dan goed! '

'I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! The outdoor amenities are the real highlight -- we used the hot tub and the sauna every night. (If only the pool had been heated too!). Location was great, and we fell in love with Spello (and the local restauranteurs who were open during the off season--La Bottega di Teresa near the main square was our favorite and the owners are wonderful!).
