'This was a great experience. The owner was very responsive before-hand and gave us the property manager's (Enrico) contact info. Enrico was great. He met us promptly when we arrived and introduced us to the apartment. The apartment is in the historic center of the city. It was huge and wonderfully appointed. The kitchen had everything you needed. The view out the window was pretty special. We would definitely rent this property again if/when we return to Spoleto. Strongly recommended.'

'My husband, daughter and I stayed at the property for 10 days. It’s perfectly located within steps away from the central piazza. There are several cafes and grocery stores near by. The place offered the perfect space for a long stay. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend booking this place if you go to Perugia.'

'If you want a beautiful, clean apartment with every amenity and a wonderful host, stay here. This is one of the nicest apartment stays we’ve ever had.
