'Negatives; 1. Last 30 metres of climb to the property was extremely steep. 2. The bed (a pull our couch) was the hardest that we have ever experienced. 3. The owner/host spoke zero English. 4. She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Parco di Colfiorito und für Besuche in kleinen Orten wie Gubbio, Assisi, Nocera Umbra, Foligno. Ohne Auto geht es allerdings nicht.
